Required Documents

The documents required for 2017 are shown in the following table. Applicants must submit all required documents with the application in OASIS. Note the documents that have to be notarized and the ones that require English translations.

Note: Applicants must upload 11 (or 12 if applying for a Master by Research) properly named documents to OASIS.

Note: Applicants wishing to take a Master's by Research must have written in-principle agreement from a supervisor for their research proposal. This agreement must be provided either with an application or (if selected for an Award) before placement. This agreement does not guarantee a place at the university, but it helps the university's research committee when it considers the application.

Note: Candidates selected for Australia Award must have a police clearance. The Australia Awards – Mongolia office and DFAT will manage this for candidates short-listed for interview.
